By accessing or using the ep567 platform — including its website at ep567.club, any mobile-optimised version thereof, any associated software, game interfaces, betting markets, promotional pages, or customer support channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as the ep567 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of ep567 following the publication of any revised Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such revisions. ep567 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players; it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms apply to all users of ep567, including visitors who browse the platform without registering, registered members who maintain an active account, and any person who participates in any game, bet, promotion, or competition offered through ep567.

To be eligible to register and use ep567, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of ep567;
• Be a natural person — corporate or non-human entities may not register player accounts;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an ep567 employee or contractor;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — either through ep567 directly or through any recognised responsible gaming authority — that is currently active;
• Possess a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or an equivalent internationally recognised identity document if applying from outside Pakistan.

ep567 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify eligibility at any time, including but not limited to copies of a valid CNIC, utility bills confirming residential address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Each individual may register one (1) player account only on ep567. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") — whether under the same or different identity details, the same device, the same IP address, the same household, the same CNIC, or the same financial payment method — is strictly prohibited. ep567 employs advanced device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and identity-matching systems to detect multi-accounting. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and any balances or pending withdrawals associated with secondary accounts will be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and entitles ep567 to immediately terminate your account without refund.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your ep567 login credentials (username and password);
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised such activity;
• Notifying ep567 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Ensuring that your login details are not shared with, or used by, any other person.

ep567 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to add an additional layer of security. ep567 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other support channel.

ep567 supports PKR-denominated deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. ep567 does not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or any payment method not explicitly listed in the cashier section of your ep567 account at the time of the transaction.

All funds deposited into an ep567 account must come from a payment account that is registered in your own name. ep567 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Any deposit that is identified as originating from a third party will be returned to its source, and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity verification must be fully complete before any withdrawal is processed;
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding real-money balance may be withdrawn;
• ep567 reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding Rs 50,000 in any 30-day period;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements;
• ep567 will not be held liable for delays caused by the player's bank, mobile wallet provider, or any third-party payment processor.

ep567 does not charge any internal fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, HBL) may charge their own transaction fees in accordance with their individual service terms — ep567 has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, such charges.

ep567 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets on PSL and other cricket events, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ep567 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed full account verification only;
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement which must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn — the specific wagering multiple (e.g., 10x, 20x) is stated in each promotion's individual terms;
• Free bets are non-withdrawable — only winnings generated from free bet stakes are credited as real-money funds, subject to applicable wagering requirements;
• Bonus expiry dates are stated in each promotion's terms — unused bonus funds will be removed from your account balance upon expiry without compensation;
• ep567 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances require it, including but not limited to suspicion of bonus abuse.

ep567 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — placing opposing bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements (known as "bonus bagging" or "arbitrage betting"), using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and patterns of play that demonstrate clear intent to exploit promotional terms rather than engage genuinely with ep567's gaming products. ep567 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where abuse is identified.

All bets placed on ep567 are governed by the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event as published in the ep567 betting rules section. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the ep567 platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by ep567, it is final and cannot be cancelled by the player, except where ep567's specific rules for the relevant market explicitly permit cancellation;
• ep567 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error, technical failure, or data-feed malfunction. A "manifest error" means an obvious and demonstrable error in the odds, lines, or market conditions published by ep567;
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set by ep567 and may vary by sport, market, event, and player account. ep567 reserves the right to adjust bet limits on individual accounts without prior notice;
• Winnings are credited to your ep567 account balance upon official settlement of the relevant event. Settlement is based on official results from the governing body of the sport or game in question;
• In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or suspended, bets will be settled in accordance with ep567's specific rules for that sport or game — generally, most markets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated;
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at ep567's discretion — bets accepted before a suspension are honoured; bets submitted during a suspension will be rejected.

Casino game outcomes — including slots, live dealer tables, and lottery draws — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. All RNG software used on ep567 is independently tested and certified for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are the theoretical long-term averages and are not guaranteed outcomes for individual sessions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ep567 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud ep567 or other players, including chargebacks, use of stolen payment details, or misrepresentation of identity;
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one player account on ep567 for any purpose;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or competitive game format;
• Automated play: Using bots, macros, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with ep567 games or betting markets;
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or incorrectly priced markets to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify a technical error are obligated to report it to ep567 support immediately and must not continue play;
• Money laundering: Using ep567 accounts as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime in violation of applicable Pakistani or international law;
• Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use ep567 by any person under the age of 21;
• Harassment: Using ep567's chat or communication features to harass, threaten, or abuse ep567 staff, other players, or any third party.

All content on the ep567 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, user interface designs, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, video, audio, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ep567 or is licensed to ep567 by its respective third-party owners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ep567 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any ep567 content;
• Create derivative works based on ep567's design, software, or content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ep567 software;
• Scrape, crawl, or use data-mining tools on the ep567 website;
• Frame, mirror, or republish any part of the ep567 platform without express written consent from ep567.

The ep567 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ep567. Unauthorised use of any ep567 trademark is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement actionable under applicable intellectual property law.

ep567 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ep567.club/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on ep567, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ep567 will never sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, anti-fraud service providers, and payment processors solely as required to operate the platform lawfully and securely.

ep567 retains player data for a minimum period required under applicable anti-money-laundering and gaming licence obligations. You have the right to request access to your personal data, to request correction of inaccurate data, and in certain circumstances to request deletion of your data. ep567 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your ep567 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum daily gaming session duration after which your ep567 account will automatically log you out;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing during a session;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from ep567. Short-term exclusion periods of 1 day to 6 months are available, as well as permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period;

ep567 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement and conducts mandatory CNIC-based age verification at registration. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all associated transactions will be reversed to the extent possible, and the matter will be reported to relevant authorities where required.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ep567 — including its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and agents — shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ep567 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Losses arising from interruption of service, technical failures, or network outages beyond ep567's reasonable control;
• Losses caused by third-party hacking, phishing, or social engineering attacks that exploit your own failure to maintain the security of your ep567 login credentials;
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information published on the ep567 platform.

ep567's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to ep567 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ep567's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ep567 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ep567 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an on-site notification banner.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of ep567 after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revised version of these Terms, you must immediately stop using ep567 and contact support to close your account.

ep567 operates under an international gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ep567 holds its gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ep567 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ep567 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ep567 support at [email protected]. ep567 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as designated by ep567's gaming licence authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the above, ep567 retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or stop any breach of these Terms that would cause irreparable harm.
